David Hart, 'The Emergence and Development of Wesleyanism in Norwich, 1754-1802'
David Hart is currently researching a PhD at University of Manchester under the supervision of Dr Jeremy Gregory. His research interests, outside his doctoral studies, also include the wider Wesley family, including the role of Samuel Wesley in the introduction of the music of J S Bach into England, about which he lectured at St George's House, Windsor in 1998.In addition he has given papers based around his doctoral topic to the Ecclesiastical History Society, and most recently at the 'Wesley Identities' Conference, held at Wesley House, Cambridge in August 2007. David is Methodist Minister and served in the Channel Islands.
