Rev. Dr. Robert C. Pelfrey studied music theory and composition at Berklee College of Music and West Texas A&M University (BA), and theology and Methodist studies at Regent College and Asbury Theological Seminary (MDiv). His PhD is from the University of Manchester. Robert is ordained in the United Methodist Church and has served as a pastor since 2005. He and his family live in El Paso, Texas.
