Donald is the Educational Services Coordinator for The Voice of the Martyrs, USA, and adjunct professor at Oklahoma Wesleyan University, where he taught full time for five years. He is a member of the Academic Council of the International Institute for Religious Freedom (Bonn and Cape Town), and is presently working on a theology of suffering and persecution for The Voice of the Martyrs. He administrates The Voice of the Martyrs' online classroom and writes curriculum for the site. He recently wrote a book on Nigeria in the Restricted Nations Series, and last year was the Advising Editor for Christian History Magazine's issue on contemporary persecution. He wrote two articles for this same issue. Donald holds a BA and MA from Olivet Nazarene University, an M.Div. from Nazarene Theological Seminary, and a D.Miss. from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School (Deerfield, Illinois).
