The Manchester-based seminar of the Oxford-Manchester Methodist Studies Seminars will take place on Saturday 1 December 2012 on the campus of Nazarene Theological College. As 2012 is the 350th anniversary of the birth of Samuel Wesley, senior and the 'Great Ejection', paper proposals are particularly welcome on Samuel Wesley or the relationship between Methodism and Nonconformity, though proposals on other topics will be considered. Submissions for 20-30 minute papers are invited. An approximately 250 word abstract of the paper should be sent by 15 September 2012. Papers delivered at the seminars can be considered for publication in Wesley and Methodist Studies.
